The Bar & Grill is the hub of social activity at Hollyburn Country Club. It opens onto an expansive deck with breathtaking views of the city, Burrard Inlet, UBC and Mt. Baker. Seasonal menus featuring fresh and local products will appeal to all of your family’s preferences. Whether you are planning to watch a game on the flat screen TV’s or have a family dinner in our restaurant, the Panorama Bar & Grill is the place to be.

Bistro 950

Bistro 950 is Hollyburn's newly renovated gathering place where members can enjoy great food in a casual atmosphere. Bistro 950, formally known as Hollyburn's cafeteria, is now an ideal space for families. There is beer and wine service in the Bistro so parents will have a fun and friendly space to enjoy a meal with their children and with other families.

There is now an Energy Bar offering protein shakes and family friendly fruit smoothies. A new coffee bar will offer your favourite espresso coffee drinks and homemade baked goods. Our Energy Juice Bar will offer 5 high energy, fruit-filled shakes loaded with antioxidants. There will also be fruit smoothies for children and families. Delicious espresso coffee drinks and homemade baked goods will be available too. The Energy Bar will be open at 7:30am daily so it will be a great option to grab coffee, juice or a freshly baked item for breakfast. The new phone-in order system from the men’s and women’s spa will speed up the delivery of items such as the energy shakes.

There will also be a Sushi Bar offering hand-rolled sushi made to order. Nishiki Sushi (Marine and 14th Street) will be supplying and preparing the sushi. Skilled sushi chefs will be creating rolls to order and to go Tuesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sushi will be a great option for lunch Tuesday through Saturday and will be available for take-out from 12 noon until 7 p.m. Sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit and snacks will continue to be available from our showcase window.

There will be an exciting advantage to the new outdoor plan at the Club. There will be direct access to the Bistro from the Pool and the Fitness Centre. Walkways will provide members with the option to wander into the Bistro from outdoors. There will be a larger deck offering 50-60 seats just outside the Bistro overlooking the tennis courts and, of course, a spectacular view of the city.There will be a greater emphasis on fresh and fast menu items with salads, sandwiches, rice bowls and paninis prepared in our kitchen to order.
