Hollyburn’s Fitness Centre provides premier facilities, instructors and programs that inspire everyone to train for health, train for performance and prepare for life.

Our newly renovated fitness facility spans 12,000 sq. feet and includes two brand new exercise rooms, three treatment rooms for physiotherapy/esthetics and state of the art equipment all overlooking spectacular views of Vancouver. Having the highest usage of any club area, it is buzzing with activity from open to close and we are constantly working to stay on this evolutionary wave by continuing to upgrade our facilities, equipment and services.

Our Fitness Centre delivers a group of highly educated, skilled and professionally certified trainers and instructors specializing in post rehabilitation, core training, exercise physiology, sport conditioning and age specific training for youth, teens and seniors. Whatever your fitness needs, we are proud to offer our exceptional services to individuals, small groups or teams.


2013 Fitness Centre Survey Results

Hollyburn Country Club’s Fitness Department distributed an on-line survey to the membership of the Club from February 12, 2013 to March 6, 2013.           THE STUDIOS

          Hollyburn is proud to offer three studios that offer an escape from our hectic schedules, allowing you to get the most of out of your practice, clear your mind and uplift your spirit.


          Our Peak Studio overlooks the spectacular views of Vancouver, with floor to ceiling glass windows, you can enjoy your class watching the sunrise/sunset or just taking in the beautiful cityscape and city lights.

          Pacific Studio is designed with Zen in mind and is nestled downstairs and allows you to leave your daily stresses and worries at the door and focus completely on your class and practice.

          Studio 94 is a spacious studio away from the noise of the gym, here you can unwind and focus your attention in on your own health and concentrate on your practice.



          GET STARTED FITNESS SESSION

          Now available at Hollyburn Fitness! The Get Started Fitness Session is a complimentary one-time session designed to help you get set up in the fitness centre. This session will get you started with an orientation of how to properly use the strength and cardiovascular equipment in our weight room, find out about etiquette and develop a plan to meet your health and fitness goals. Session duration will vary with each individual member’s needs and will range between 35-55 minutes. You will walk away with new fitness knowledge and a great base program to get you started in the fitness centre!
