OPPORTUNTIES AVAILABLE:
TENNIS DEPARTMENT: Tennis Administrator
This dynamic position requires multiple skill sets. We're seeking a mature candidate with EXCELLENT phone and computer skills, a positive attitude, professional appearance and the desire to be a team player. We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, personable, and energetic, follows direction, a self starter and possesses excellent organization, communication, and people skills. The successful candidate is able to multi-task successfully, work efficiently under pressure, and will be a self starter.
Job Duties:
• Computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel. Game Time/Booking Plus/Jonas an asset, but not necessary)
• Great communication skills; fluent in English
• Answering multiple phone lines, greeting and scheduling members, and assisting the tennis department.
• Outstanding customer service (greeting and attending to the needs of clients)
• Educating our members on our services
• Inventory Management
• Minor Billing/Accounting duties

YOUTH DEPARTMENT: Youth Leader
Energetic, responsible, mature individuals are encouraged to apply for the birthday party and youth leader position at Hollyburn Country Club. Applicants should enjoy working with children and are expected to act in a courteous, professional manner at the club.
Duties include: decorating the party room, leading activities, supervising the children, serving food and cake and ensuring the children have the best party ever. This is a great way to earn extra money on the weekends or to complete service hours for school.

No experience is necessary as we will train the right people for the right job!

• 3rd Cooks
Weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts available for all positions.
