Our programs teach:

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Youngsters will have positive interaction with other children of their own age though team games and personal goals.

DISCIPLINE

Our activities strongly encourage discipline within the class, at home and in school. Children learn to set a good example while building strong leadership skills.

LIFE SKILLS

Classes develop children’s basic motor skills, building coordination, balance and control as well as providing plenty of mental and physical challenges.

FOCUS & ATTENTION

We ensure children work on their ability to goal set and enhance their focus in a dynamic and exciting Martial Arts environment.

Karate is unique in many ways; there are a lot of things that set it apart from other Martial Arts. It’s well suited to any body type, any strength class, man or woman, girls or boys. Karate is for everyone, but not everyone is for Karate. It takes dedication, perseverance and above all a willingness to learn to be able to do this Martial art. It has been our experience that children leave class more focused and determined then they were when they arrived so in that way, we guide them to learn the tools which will ultimately help them succeed both in and out of the classroom.
