Our Member Services team is a group of highly trained professionals who provide personal attention and first class service to meet our members’ needs. As the communication hub for the club, Members Services is the active liaison between all departments. Our mission is to provide our members with the highest level of service ensuring that the Hollyburn experience is the best it can be, everyday.
We aim to provide members and guests with easy access to club and program information and provide swift response to requests and inquiries. Our team strive to be great Hollyburn ambassadors as they proudly work to create a warm and friendly atmosphere everyday. We seek out, review and listen to your needs. Our Concierge Services Include:
- Security photo identification and membership card replacement
- Parking decals
- Dispatch of first aid, security, housekeeping and plant engineering staff
- Member accounts payments
- Lost and found
- Ice skate sharpening (Sept - June)
- Recreational program registration
- Social event information and reservations
- Gift certificates - personal training, massage therapy, esthetics, sport shop, food and beverage
- World-wide affiliate Club information, and preparation of introductory letters
- Locker rentals
